Whatever the reason - If you are unhappy with your river tubing experience (or missed your tubing experience altogether) Elora Rapids Inc. staff are happy to try to make things right with ONE FREE WEEKDAY RENTAL in the current calendar year. The 'Try It Again' Guarantee is only available for equipment rentals which include Tubing The Gorge and General Rental. It is not available for the Sunset Kayak Tour. 

 

To use our 'Try It Again' Guarantee you will need to do the following:

 

1. Upon returning your equipment give us the full names of all of the members of your group who would like to 'Try It Again'.

2. Come on any weekday in the current calendar year when Elora Rapids Inc. is operating.

3. Adults must bring an ID. We'll match all of your IDs to our 'Try It Again' Guarantee List and give you a free rental.

Free rentals are non-refundable.

Free rentals are not valid on Saturdays or Sundays.

Park fees must still be paid. Only the rental of the equipment is free.
