REFUND AND TRANSFER POLICY

THE REFUND AND TRANSFER DEADLINE IS BEFORE NOON THE DAY BEFORE YOUR BOOKED ADVENTURE!

​

REFUND SPECIFICS

​

NO refunds will be granted after the noon deadline.

A $10/person service fee applies to all cancellations.

All bookings made after the noon deadline are final. 

​

TRANSFER SPECIFICS

​

Transfer requests made before the noon deadline can transfer a reservation to any day free of charge.

Transfer requests made after the noon deadline can transfer a reservation to any weekday free of charge and cannot be transferred again back to a weekend.

All transferred reservations must be transferred to a day in the current calendar year.

Transfers from a more expensive booking to a less expensive booking do not receive a credit for the difference in price.

Transfers from a less expensive booking to a more expensive booking must pay the difference in price.

Elora Rapids Inc. Accepts Walk-Ins For Our Rental Equipment Space Permitting.

HOW TO MAKE A REFUND OR TRANSFER REQUEST

 

All Refund & Transfer Requests Must Be In Writing Via Email.

Email EloraRapids@gmail.com the following info:

 

1. The date and name the reservation was placed under

2. The change you want made to your reservation

3. The last 4 digits of the credit card that was used (for refunds only)

CANCELLATIONS

​

Sometimes mother nature just doesn't cooperate in which case Elora Rapids Inc. may need to close down tubing operations for the safety of our customers. Should this occur, staff will alert customers as quickly as possible and refund any rentals and tours in full. Provide an accurate email address and phone number during checkout so that we can contact you.
